How does Remote Internet Belly Dance Coaching work?

You will send your dance videos to Sabrina for analysis via DVD, Youtube or Vimeo (may be marked "private" and an invitation sent to Sabrina to view your video on YouTube)

Sabrina will make a full analysis of your dance including:

  • Stage Presence
  • Use of Space / Staging
  • Zills/ Finger Cymbals
  • Use of props
  • Choreographic Analysis
  • Costuming advice for your personal style and figure
  • Character development for conceptual dance
  • Professionalism for developing your dance career

Does Remote Belly Dance Coaching by Video Work?

Yes! Sabrina conducted a 1 year trial study with a student who lives in a part of the world where she has no access to high level belly dance instruction and her family does not approve of her attending public dance classes. They met one year after beginning work together. The student's improvement is remarkable and her development as a dancer has been apparent in the time she has been working through belly dance video coaching with Sabrina.

Sabrina is now successfully coaching belly dance competition champions, professional belly dancers and all levels of students by private internet belly dance classes. A pioneer in the art of Internet based belly dance coaching, Sabrina has streamlined the process for students to achieve maximum results while maintaining privacy and confidentiality.

How Can I Participate in Private Internet Belly Dance Coaching and Lessons?

Please email Sabrina with your request for participation in the Private Internet Belly Dance Coaching Program. You will recieve your email letter of admittance into the Private Internet Belly Dance Coaching Program (including terms, conditions and payment instructions). Please email, mail or fax your signed copy of of the Coaching Program Agreement and remit your payment via Paypal, Cashier's Check or US Postal Money Order.

Once your agreement and payment have been recieved, Sabrina will thoroughly review your dance videos and send you a detailed analysis including: areas of excellence, areas where improvement can be achieved, goal setting, homework and excercises to help you reach your personal dance goals. As you work together, Sabrina will analyze your progress and guide you towards your belly dance goals.

Fees for Private Online Belly Dance Coaching and Lessons are as follows (all prices quoted in USD):

  • 5 minutes of video submitted: $50
  • 10 minutes of video submitted: $90
  • 100 minutes of video submitted Coaching Package: $850
